User Accounts

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

When booking our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding your requirements and preferences
• Arrive or be available at the scheduled appointment time
• Inform us of any changes that may affect the delivery of our Services

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the full service charge
• We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances

Payment Terms

Fees and Charges

Our fees for Services are as described on our Site or as quoted to you directly. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through the methods specified on our Site, which may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method for all Services.

Deposits
